Volkswagen Group Technology Leadership Summit 2022 "be more"
For the first time since the Covid pandemic and for the first time ever, 400 managers from Volkswagen Group Technology came together in Wolfsburg in December 2022 with one goal: to synchronize in order to discover untapped potential. To ensure that they have the necessary skills to master the tasks of the future. To inspire each other to break new ground. The "be more" Learning Festival was developed for this purpose. Over 1.5 days and in more than 48 sessions with 65 experts, impulse generators and game changers, 400 managers became courageous pioneers.
Based on the program guide, the participants had the constant choice of designing their own, personally tailored roadmap. Using a specially developed app, they navigated their way through their own program - in ever-changing constellations and settings. They were constantly confronted and challenged by surprising personalities and tasks. Technical content alternated with cultural topics, critical reflections with inspiring analogies from sport and bio-hacking, analysis sessions with creative interactions.
The venues for this unique learning journey were Hall 6 on the Volkswagen AG factory premises and various pavilions at Autostadt GmbH, which served as the perfect "be more" campus, combining diversity and different sessions with various team experiences. The varied and demanding program offered numerous highlights, challenged the managers in different ways and demanded enormous flexibility and agility from them. Exactly the skills they need for future tasks!
