UnXpected times require unXpected events
With the E.ON “tWEx - together we x” 2022 project, circ has won gold at the BrandEx Awards in the “Best Conference” category and bronze for “Best Corporate Event” for the second time in a row.
Out of over 87 submissions, awards in gold, silver and bronze were presented to outstanding live communication projects in 15 categories.
The E.ON Leadership Conference impressed the jury with its new concept, which aimed to break through existing silos. A wide variety of playgrounds for a transformative Xperience were created on 13 hectares of space in the Funkhaus Berlin. Participants were able to experience the “WE” feeling through a unique combination of gamification, art and sound.
With tWEx, E.ON has significantly advanced its own cultural change. For the first time, the group of participants was expanded beyond a pure management group. The so-called “X-Agents” from all levels of the Group also acted as multipliers of the E.ON values and the messages of the conference.
By stimulating several senses, tWEx succeeded in transforming emotions into tangible messages. Interaction and comprehensive transparency were the decisive parameters for this.
“Culture can be changed by acting differently,” said E.ON CEO Leo Birnbaum, summarizing the event.
